  My name is Heather and I am the author and creator of  The Welcoming House.

and this is with my darlin' hubby on our anniversary last year

  I have been blogging off and on for three years, through infertility, adoption, homeschooling, three moves, and the beauty and joy of raising three beautiful daughters for the Lord.

   My faith plays a crucial part in who I am, what I do, and what is important to me.

   I love to be creative, to encourage people, and to share ideas, recipes, and cheer someone on in their pursuit.

   I love my country.......
