Cheeseburger Pizza rocks.........and my kids love it too!

Good morning everyone!
I have a very short window of time to post this morning as I have a full day ahead of me with lessons and life with my family.
However, yesterday I promised you the recipe for my Cheeseburger Pizza---something we eat regularly around here on Saturday night,
and I wanted to make sure you have it.

I have no pics to show you as the camera was charging, and it was gone before I could get a picture in (good sign, right?), but I will post one of my happy kids for you. :)

I hope you have a wonderful Tuesday, and would love to hear from you as to recipes you are looking for. We make so many different things around here that I know I have some hiding that someone would love to use! :)

Blessings to you and yours
See ya tomorrow for Welcoming Wednesday Linky Party!

Cheeseburger Pizza

After rolling out the pizza dough, add the following to the pizza crust:
1 cup pizza sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
2 Tbs mustard
2 Tbs relish
1 tsp red pepper flakes (opt)

Add your first layer of shredded mozzarella cheese (about 2 cups) and then add the following:
1 lb browned and seasoned ground beef
1 lb browned and seasoned sausage
1/2 cup onion dices
1/2 cup tomato dices

top with another layer of cheese, about 1 cup
Add dill pickles spread around the cheese, and if desired, sprinkle a touch more cheese to anchor them down
(can you tell we like cheese around here??)

If you want to make it a bacon cheeseburger pizza,
then crumble bacon pieces on top along with the pickles.

Bake at 350* for 25 minutes or until the edges are browned and the cheese is not only melted but starting to brown in places.

Enjoy!!!
